The organization should then oblige the Russians to start negotiating with the Netherlands and Australia and assist them. The Boeing-777 Malaysia Airlines Airlines, which operated Mn17, Amsterdam (Netherlands)-Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), was shot down in the sky above Donetsk region on July 17, 2014. All 298 people who were on board were killed, many of them were citizens of the Netherlands, so the country became one of the most interested parties in the fair punishment of the culprits.

The trial in the case of a downed flight began on March 9, 2020 in the SHIPGOL court complex in the Netherlands. In the tragedy, the Russians were actively accused of Ukraine.
