These costs are not officially included in the military budget and are often masked by "civilian" programs - for example, for the development of drones for agriculture. In other words, it is about creating double -use devices, which allows students and students to be actively involved in the production process. This approach has already produced specific results: according to Defense News, for 2023-2024 the total volume of drone production in Russia has increased by at least 2. 5 times.

In this case, the output of long -range UAVs increased five times. An additional 21 billion rubles in the period 2025-2027 will be aimed at creating a network of research centers from unmanned technologies distributed throughout Russia. This corresponds to the concept of "strategic depth" adopted in the Russian Federation - the essence of which is to strike one or more objects ineffective when trying to paralyze the entire chain of production.

Experts pay special attention to the production zone "Alabuga", where in the mass production of drones-Kamikadze "Shahaned" ("Geran-2") tens of thousands of workers are attracted. It is noteworthy that the management of the project was assumed by the company "Albatros", which was previously referred to as a manufacturer of devices for agriculture.
