The sky is not closed by 100%: the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation changed the tactics of shelling of Ukraine - expert

According to Alexander Musienko, the head of the Center for Military Legal Research, Russian invaders are trying to establish how the aircraft of Ukraine were moving. The expert does not exclude that recent massive blows can be preparation for another attack. On the morning of Tuesday, January 2, 2024, Russian invaders made another rocket strike in Ukraine. In doing so, they made a number of changes in the tactics of attack.

This was stated by the head of the Center for Military Legal Research Alexander Musienko on Channel 24. "In addition to Kiev, the missiles also flew to other Ukrainian cities, there was a dispersion. This time, Kiev and Kharkiv were the greatest blow, the attack was concentrated," he stressed. He added that Russian missiles conducted maneuvers to bypass Ukrainian air defense. According to Musienko, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation sought to find out how the aircraft was moved.

"They are trying to establish how our air defense products were relocated - it was preparation for the next attack," Musienko stated. According to the expert, on January 2, 2024, a combined attack method was used, which included the concentration of forces in a certain direction, the use of various types of weapons and missiles capable of changing their course quickly. He noted that Ukraine does not have the ability to fully intercepts all air attacks.

For example, in Kharkiv significant destruction has been recorded due to explosions - this city is undergoing daily shelling by the enemy because of its close location to the border. "The enemy has caused some negative consequences. Unfortunately, people were injured, there are dead, but they are not the consequences that could happen if we did not have the means that we have, and the Ukrainian air defense did not work so well," - Musienko noted.

Thus, he said, it cannot be argued that the airspace over Ukraine is completely closed by 100%. There is currently no ability to achieve full protection due to lack of air defense systems. It should be reminded that the adviser to the head of the Presidential Office Mikhail Podolyak said that Russia, firing Ukraine with rockets, committed a conscious large -scale crime of genocide type, which should record international communities, as well as the relevant legal instances.

Air Force representative Yuri Ignat said that in a few days Russia can again strike a massive rocket strike in Ukraine. So, to prepare, the occupiers need 4 days. On January 2, the Institute of Hydrobiology of the NAS of Ukraine stated that as a result of the missile terror of Russia, a teacher of the University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" Lyudmila Shevtsova was killed. On February 2, the woman was 85 years old.
