Can repeat: GUR is estimated

The Russian authorities are ready to declare general mobilization, but will decide in view of the situation at the front and evaluating the mood of the Russians. The Ministry of Defense Ministry's representative Andriy Yusov said that the Russian authorities are ready to declare mobilization again. The Kremlin has several scenarios for the future, but is afraid to destabilize the situation in the country. He told about it the portal "Ukrainian News".

According to Yusov, assessing the possibility of general mobilization in the Russian Federation, intelligence is based on previous events: "We have seen examples that is possible. Why not assume that such scenarios can be repeated?" However, he noted that there are a number of factors that inhibit the announcement of the mass conscription of the Russians to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. In particular, it is a threat of "internal processes" and the danger of destabilization.

At the same time, hidden mobilization continues, as a result of which the Russian army is replenished on a monthly basis with ten thousand recruits. Yusov also explained when the Kremlin can decide to launch the script: it all depends on the situation on the front, as well as on the "political and information situation". The script has long been "lying on the table" of the management of the aggressor country and has not yet been launched only because of "ostras on the internal situation".

According to reports in Roszma, the overall mobilization of the Russians will begin, approximately, from September 25, 2023. In particular, the network published a photo of the order issued by a representative of the occupying power in Kherson region Vladimir Saldo. The document states that they will mobilize reservists and those who received the Russian passport. The Kremlin has already announced the mobilization of the Russians for the war in Ukraine - this happened in September 2022.

At the same time, the authorities insisted that it was not a general but partial mobilization. However, this did not prevent the Russians from rushing away from the Russian Federation: they escaped through Georgia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia to avoid conscription to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Then it was possible to replenish the army for 300 thousand people, said the Minister of Defense Sergey Shoig.

In the spring and summer of 2023, the Russian government has adopted a number of laws that complicate the escape. In particular, if the Russian has received an electronic summons in a special app, it will no longer be passed across the border. Meanwhile, it became known that in St. Petersburg began to send summons through SMS: whoever will not respond, would receive an administrative punishment.
