The recent decisions of President Joe Baiden to allow Ukraine to launch missiles deep into Russia and to provide Kiev anti-personnel mines aimed at increasing Kyiv's position in future negotiations on the termination of the Russian-Ukrainian war, to which Ukraine can be pushed in a few months.
