The Hipdiacon of the UOC (MP) justified the military crimes of the Russian army in Ukraine, told in the special service. Now he is threatened with up to 8 years in prison. According to the investigation, in communication with parishioners and his acquaintances he repeatedly praised the higher military-political leadership of the Russian Federation and personally the Kremlin head. He also heroned Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov and justified the Russian Army's military crimes in Ukraine.

In the course of the investigation, law enforcement officers found out that Hipdiacon was a supporter of Nazism, promoted the ideas of "renewal" of the Soviet Union and called on the enemy to seize the entire territory of Ukraine. The personality of the case was searched at the places of residence, during which it was found: on the basis of the collected evidence of the clergyman was informed of the suspicion under Part 1 and Part 3 of Art.
