The management of the defense department initiated cooperation with recruiting companies, which allows mobilization of citizens voluntarily and bypassing the CCC and JV. Recruitment is intended to make mobilization more efficiently, as it will allow to attract in units of narrow -profile specialists, who are difficult to find through mobilization by summons.
Representatives of recruiting companies will work directly with the military units, and personal data in the Tax Code will not be transmitted. In case of refusal of the proposal, they will not hand over the summons and there will be no forced mobilization at the place of residence. Only recruiters will interact with potential candidates. Such employment can be abandoned.
