According to the Polish government, the detainee in luggage found evidence that confirmed the preparation of diversions. The suspect faces 12 years in prison. In Poland, a guy who performed the tasks received from Russian special services was detained. He could be a citizen of Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the Polish government. The detention took place on January 31 this year and was engaged in this operation by the staff of the Internal Security Agency (AVB).

The man is suspected that he acted in an organized criminal group, and he received a task from Russian special services. It turned out that a citizen of Ukraine could do this. According to the Poland's internal security agency, he planned to take actions in Wroclaw, which are aimed at the arson of objects located in close proximity to the elements of infrastructure. Accordingly, they are of strategic importance.

When the information came into the hands of AVB representatives in Poznan, they carried out procedural actions to the required extent that were needed to detain the alleged citizen of Ukraine. According to the investigation, his luggage revealed evidence that he really planned such a crime. As a result of these measures, an investigation was initiated, and the detainee was charged under Art. 258 § 1 of the Criminal Code and Art.

130 § 7 and 8 of the Criminal Code-participation in an organized criminal group of international nature, as well as planning of sabotage and harmful actions in Poland at the task of Russian special services, respectively. If the blame is proven, then the suspect faces up to 12 years in prison. So far, the investigation has chosen a precautionary measure in the form of temporary arrest for 3 months.
