Negotiations do not work: Ukraine needs a new plan for a successful war with Russia - Politico

Putin will retain power in the Russian Federation, will be fueled by paranoia with the Russians, convincing them that the country wants to destroy external enemies. Therefore, according to journalists, Ukraine needs a new plan to win. Recall that at the end of August, journalists wrote that security guarantees for Ukraine will not end earlier in 2024.
