-In August, Land League will be fully operational. What are our expectations? What can we get through Land League and can it affect the situation at the front? - Today our main goal is to win. Today we are considering only this goal. To do this, we need our military to have everything they need. They have their own character, they have their own professionalism. They all have sufficient weapons, except for sufficient equipment. The main task of Land League is that we get everything on time.

It is very important to us, not to enter the winter. After winter, when the Russians will have more time to dig up, it will certainly be more difficult. They pull us into it. How much is the chances of dealing with the south without entering the winter? - We have a great desire and we have an absolute understanding that we need to do it.

After Borodyanka, after Bucha, neither we nor our partners see the opportunity that Russia is among the countries that give us guarantees. As for guarantees.

When the war is over, we will remain with a declarative position in the Constitution that we go to NATO. We must have guarantees until we either find ourselves in NATO, we will not give up on it, or there will be some other defensive alliance with our international friends and partners. Therefore, we offered countries that we would like to give us these security guarantees on the way to NATO.

- Who is ready to give us such guarantees? - Today we are talking primarily with countries such as the USA, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Turkey, Australia and many others. I'm not saying what they said: Yes, we're ready. We will not be interested in the Memorandum # 2. I think it will be such a design in which there will be a large agreement with many participants, and then additionally will be bilateral, more detailed contracts, with our partners.

Today, both the United Kingdom and Poland have been talking about such treaties, and in principle we are talking with the United States. In order to accelerate this, we have created a group with Anders FOG Rasmussen, who was a NATO Secretary General, which has already been joined by several experts. The main goal is to make recommendations from the inside. So that no one tells us that it does not correspond with NATO. There is a person who was a NATO Secret General.

We agreed that by the end of the summer there will be the first document we will use as recommendations. - It feels that in some European countries there is fatigue from war. For example, columns of German intellectuals in the Western press appear, in which they urge that Ukraine should talk to Russia, sit with it at the negotiation table. Do our partners bring us to that too? - Russia throws big money, especially in European countries.

We do not live in space, we understand that this happens every day and we need to resist it. We use everything from a presidential speech on Grammy [Musical Award], there are stars, there is Sean Penn. Because someone will hear in Congress, someone will hear at the concert, someone will hear on the square-this work non-stop is done. As for negotiations with the Russian Federation, today the only negotiations that are happening are negotiations to unlock our ports.

They occur at the level of our military and at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but only through the UN. I communicate with the UN Secretary General Guterres, I do not communicate with the Russians.
