You can take any day in Ukraine-today or any other after February 24, to see that no one in the world is putting in terrorism more than Russia, ”Zelensky added.
He noted that Russian terror should have a legal reaction at the global level, and there is no rational reason that there is no such reaction in the United States. On July 28, the US Senate unanimously approved a resolution calling for Secretary of State Anthony Blinken to declare Russia the state-existence of terrorism.
