Two countries agreed to finance weapons production in Ukraine: the Cabinet of Ministers told details

Foreign partners can allocate funds for production in Ukraine, from armored vehicles and ending with unmanned aerial and land complexes, Oleksandr Kamyshin said. Denmark and Canada agreed to finance weapons production directly in Ukraine. The Minister of Strategic Industry of Ukraine Oleksandr Kamyshin said about it, speaking at the Defense Industry of Ukraine-Ukraine-EU. "Our main task is to find sources of additional financing for the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

My task is to get this funding for production in Ukraine because we are already capable. We have additional illegal capabilities. We want them to be funded at the expense of European funds," Kamyshin said. In addition, the head of the department added that in Ukraine there is an initiative of "weapons", and two foreign countries have agreed to finance production in Ukraine: "This is Denmark and Canada. And we are looking for additional funds today in order to produce more in Ukraine.

" According to Kamyshin, foreign partners have the opportunity to allocate funds for production in Ukraine, from armored vehicles to systems of unmanned, aircraft and land complexes. "Now all these things can be produced in Ukraine in greater volume, and this is the fastest and most right way to help our defense forces," the minister added. He also emphasized that Ukraine should fight for funds that may come from arrested Russian assets: "It is about billions of euros.

" On May 1, it became known that some partners of Ukraine handed over to Kiev weapons with the right to attack the territory of Russia. In particular, the head of the Foreign Ministry of Latvia Baiba Braze believes that the Armed Forces should attack the places where the Russian army uses its weapons. Also on April 29, Focus wrote about a new military assistance package to Ukraine from Germany.
