"We have overestimated their rationality or underestimated their irrationality," the expert said. In his opinion, there is still no understanding of the future of Russia and the one with whom to negotiate on the order of security in Europe. In order to begin a dialogue, the Kremlin must sit in the government, which will fundamentally accept national borders and sovereignty of countries.
