Joint production of weapons and strengthening of Ukrainian air defense: Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Donald Tusk

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk. The Head of State thanked for the defensive support from Poland and the participation of Donald Tusk at the Conference on the Restoration of Ukraine. Separately, the President noted that Poland, along with the European Commission, European Investment Bank, France, Germany and Italy, joined the newly created European Flagship Fund for Reconstruction of Ukraine.

This will allow you to attract large investments to help restore the country. Volodymyr Zelensky also expressed his hope that Poland will continue to remain a key logistics and transit hub for international assistance to Ukraine. The leaders discussed the situation on the battlefield and the defensive needs of Ukraine, recent Russian shelling of Ukrainian cities and the need to strengthen air defense. The President noted that the priority of Ukraine is the development of defense production.
