In the Slobid district, previously, the Russians hit a five -storey building: there, according to the mayor, there was a fire in 15 apartments.
The mayor also reported the victims as a result of the shelling of the building and one killed as a result of the attack. As of 01:53, it was known about 1 dead person and another 23 wounded.
However, a few minutes later the situation changed: the mayor reported that the number of wounded in Kharkiv had increased to 28, and also appeared data on the second dead person through shelling. Among the victims in Kharkiv are at least three children. As of 02:30, the number of victims in Kharkiv increased to 37 people, including 3 children.
