Builders say that they arrived forcibly, and in case of refusal, they were intimidated by liberation and inability to work in the construction industry in their homeland. Workers from Belarus were noticed in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. They were sent to rebuild the cities of Ukraine destroyed by Russia. This was reported in the center of national resistance. It is noted that "labor force" from Belarus was noticed in several settlements.
