Roszmi reports the shelling of the colony in the Donbass, which is a prison hospital

As a result of the attack, according to the occupying power, one employee of the institution was killed and two prisoners were injured. Russian telegrams channels report the shelling of another colony in the occupied territory of Donetsk region. And again accused the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This time it is a correctional facility for men # 124 in Kirov district of Donetsk. It is located in the village of Lidiyivka near the mine of the same name.

The Russians claim that one employee of the institution was killed, two prisoners were injured. According to Rosmedia, wounded Ukrainian servicemen from the Olenovsky colony # 120 were recently brought in the colony. In a human rights organization, the media initiative for human rights reported focus that there was nothing known before the maintenance in the Lydiyev colony of people who were detained in the occupied territory in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.

But some were really brought to a prison hospital in the colony. One of the former hostages, released in 2019, was at this hospital for two weeks. He tells that she is designed for about one hundred people, there are wards for both one person and several. For their part, locals report that since 2014 the Russian army and its controlled militants use the area of the Lidiyivka mine to shell both Ukrainian positions and the territory of Donetsk - there are reactive systems of volley fire.

In addition, the mine, like the colony, is located just 14 kilometers from the village of Pisky, for which fights have been going on for several days. According to the American Institute of War Study, the Armed Forces of Ukraine now reflect the attacks of Russian troops on the Sands from Donetsk.

We will remind, earlier the lawyer, commenting on the murder of prisoners of war in the colony # 1220, said that the Geneva Convention on the Treatment of Prisoners defends prisoners of war and obliges a number of responsibilities to a state that holds prisoners of war (in this case the Russian Federation).
