The attack on the kindergarten took place at 11 o'clock in the morning, and soon footage of the attack appeared on the Internet.
At that moment, there were 48 children in it, whom the teachers managed to lower down to the basement. As a result of the three blows, the second floor of the historic building on Kotsarska Street suddenly collapsed. In the evening, the mayor of Kharkiv Igor Terekhov reported that 10 people, including a five-year-old girl, were injured as a result of the attack. A 42-year-old utility worker who was cleaning the street at the time of the attack was killed.
