The Center for Strategic Communications noted that hostile messages were most often received by residents of Odessa, Donetsk and Kharkiv regions. Citizens were urged to remain conscious. On October 26, a provocative newsletter began to come to the phones of Ukrainians, in which citizens are offered to share information about the Armed Forces for money. The focus gathered everything that is known about it.

It is known that the messages received clients of all three large Ukrainian mobile operators - Kyivstar, Lifecell and Vodafone. "We change information about the Armed Forces by $," - said in SMS sent from the Krayina user. At the end, there is a reference to some Telegram-channel, which in no way can go. It is better to remove it from your phone immediately. Where they send "suggestions" and who is the "customer" is unknown.

The commander of the 97th OMB of the 60th OMB Anatoly Sidorenko in his Telegram-channel noted that he also received a message of such content. He warned the Ukrainians that this is another provocation of the enemy and could not be conducted. "The mass SMS has covered subscribers in Ukraine. The enemy tries to bribe the information and hold the IPSO. Be careful and do not provoke," the statement reads. In response, Kyivstar sent an explanation of what is happening to users.

The company information system found that users have started to receive a newsletter calling for treason. "The newsletter was distributed through the Internet, its source is abroad. Kyivstar experts have promptly blocked the mailing channel. The SBU and Cyber Police were informed about the actions of the attackers," the message reads. The Center for Strategic Communications noted that most often such messages are received by users from Odessa, Donetsk and Kharkiv regions.

Citizens are urged to remain conscious and not to provoke the enemy. "We urge Ukrainians in no way to respond to hostile proposals, ignore the occupier! Recall that the transfer of information about the Armed Forces, critical infrastructure and any other cooperation with the enemy will be criminal. It is in the message. The Ukrainian special services did not comment on the incident at the time of material publication.
