879, which was reported on the site on January 22. According to the ministry, the electronic primary medical card will become one of the key tools for collecting medical data on the Ukrainian military. "This is an important step that creates the opportunity to collect and analyze medical data," said the State Secretary of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Nikita Nikitenko.
The official also added that in cooperation with other state structures, the ministry will be able to make a decision to improve the provision of medical assistance to the military of the Armed Forces at the pre -hospital stage. In addition, electronic replacement "Form 100" should be a key element in forming a register of combat injuries.
This register is already working in the Ministry of Defense: on the site of the structure they write that the collected data will form an evidence base for the treatment of military in countries belonging to NATO. As for the servicemen themselves, the use of an electronic primary medical card for them will be a more convenient option than a paper version of the document, since the so -called "form 100" should be with the military throughout the treatment period.
In addition, an electronic medical card will exclude the possibility of misunderstandings or errors that can occur when keeping paper documentation. According to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov, the introduction of an electronic medical card of the military must be carried out within three months from the entry into force of the order. During this time, responsible structures must provide the proper technical base required for electronic card.
For reference: "Form 100" is a document that the doctor fills in after the first domedic (emergency) assistance, which should be in the military during all stages of treatment. He may be needed when conducting an official investigation into the injury or if in the military unit, not knowing about the treatment of a soldier, they mistakenly attributed the HCP.
