Russian troops fired at the outskirts of Nikolaev, a fire began

On the night of Saturday, August 27, the troops of the Russian Federation fired at Nikolaev. This was reported by the head of the Nikolaev regional military administration Vitaliy Kim in his Telegram. According to him, shells hit the outskirts of the regional center.
