Cars mobilization: who can pick up the car in favor of the army

The publication writes that those Ukrainians who have more than one vehicle can take away the needs of the Armed Forces. At the same time, it is necessary to carry out the estimate of the market value of the car. They will pick up the machine that is most suited to the need for defense forces. It is noted that if a person has only one car, then he has no right to pick up.

According to a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Fedor Venislavsky, the new law specifies that transport would not be mobilized if it "is the only source of human existence. " In addition, he stated that it was more often about specific vehicles. For example, trucks for ammunition. Lighting cars do not need defense forces. "Therefore, I think that 90% of citizens do not need to worry about these rules that we specified," Venislavsky said.

According to Venislavsky, the Armed Forces form what they need vehicles. After that, mobilization orders are formed in the framework of these needs for specific administrative-territorial units. Then the machines are registered with the CCC and can be mobilized. The People's Deputy noted that registration does not necessarily mean that the vehicle will be removed.

In this case, the Tax Code will receive transport information for accounting from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and other departments. According to journalists, they will not remove cars from evasion. It is reported that the car cannot be sent to another region or outside Ukraine. In addition, it is forbidden to transfer the ownership of the vehicle, as well as to rent it or use it as a pledge.

The material also states that they have to return the vehicle to the owner within 30 days after the announcement of demobilization. The Cabinet of Ministers will also have to determine the procedure for compensation for the losses caused to vehicles. Recall that students of state and communal universities were allowed to travel abroad, but this does not apply to private institutions.
