Promised to execute: Putin revealed the details of the UN Secretary General's proposal for "Grain Agreement"

According to the Kremlin speaker Dmitry Peskov, the UN Secretary General Guterrish sent a letter to Moscow, in which he set out a plan of action to return the Russian Federation to the "Grain Agreement" and promised to execute the Russian part of the agreements. UN Secretary General Anthony Guterres sent Putin President with a new proposal for a "Grain Agreement", where he allegedly promised to execute the Russian part of the agreements.

Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov informed about it in a comment to Roszma. "Indeed, in the letter of Mr. Guterrish, a plan of action was taught again and the promise that once the Russian part of these arrangements could be fulfilled," the Kremlin spokesman said. At the same time, Peskov added that Russia cannot return to the "grain agreement" because their terms are not fulfilled. We will remind, on July 17 it became known that Russia made the decision not to continue the "grain agreement".

This fully canceled the security agreement, and the transportation of food was threatened. Later, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation stated that since July 20, all vessels heading in the Black Sea to Ukrainian ports will be regarded as potential carriers of military cargo, and the countries whose flag will be displayed on such ships will be considered involved in the war on the side of Ukraine.

In response, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine was warned that since July 21, 2023, all vessels heading in the Black Sea in the direction of the Russian seaports and Ukrainian seaports, which are in the temporarily occupied territory, will be considered as potentially dangerous. And the Ukrainian forces have the right and opportunities to respond to the actions of the Fleet of the Russian Federation.

In the Kremlin, the exit from the grain agreement is justified by the fact that the terms of Moscow under the agreement are allegedly not fulfilled. The major complaint of the Russian Federation is related to the absence of ammonia transit through Ukraine. On July 25, the media reported that after Moscow's decision to withdraw from the Grain Agreement, the UN Secretary General Anthony Guterres sent a proposal to the Russian side to restore participation in agreements.
