The key theme of the meeting was the war against Ukraine. In the course of discussing the prospects of further military confrontation, "experts" came to the conclusion that the Ukrainian military command allegedly moved to position defense.

According to the Russians, its purpose: the so -called experts are convinced that the script will make it impossible to further capture Ukraine by force methods.
