Around 04:10, the Ukrainian Air Force Telegram channel reported the movement of missiles through Vinnytsia region in the direction of Zhytomyr region. Winged rockets moved in particular in the direction of Zhytomyr. Shortly afterwards, explosions were raised in Zhytomyr region, local publications reported. According to preliminary information, about 4 winged missiles were released in Ukraine at night, as reported by the Telegram-channel "Nikolaevsky Vange".
All rockets flew in the direction of Zhytomyr region. The type of winged rockets that Russia attacked at night against June 1 Ukraine has not been established at this time. OSINT analytics suggest that the Russian Federation could have launched rockets of type X-101 from a strategic aviation aircraft. Before that, the Russians attacked Zhytomyr region for several hours by shock UAVs of the Shahamed. Air alarm in the region was announced at midnight because of the threat of drones.
Explosions in Zhytomyr were heard at about 02:00 on the background of drone attack. During the next hours, the Russians attacked the city and the UAV area. Currently, air anxiety in the Zhytomyr region is ongoing, monitoring is fixing new groups of shock UAVs in the airspace. Information on the consequences of a combined attack on Zhytomyr region has not been received.
