The man found Russian grenades in the field during the occupation of the village. He faces up to 8 years in prison for illegal sale of ammunition. During the occupation of the village of Tsirkuni, Kharkiv district, which lasted from February 24 to May 7, 2022, a previously convicted local man found in the field of Arsenal ammunition of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and took them home. The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office informs about it.

In the regional center, the man sold the find, receiving 3 thousand UAH for anti -tank grenade, and for the rest of the ammunition - another 2 thousand hryvnias. Law enforcement officers detained the suspect at his place of residence in Kharkiv. He is now in custody.

On the fact of theft committed in the conditions of martial law (Part 4 of Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and on the fact of illegal purchase, storage, sale of combat supplies (Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), he faces up to 8 years imprisonment.
