"Only the stupid thinks he will stop": Biden accused Trump of Putin's peace

To spread: The previous President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, said that the pressure of the administration of the current American leader Donald Trump on Ukraine demanding a peaceful territory to give the occupied territory is a "modern manner of peace", which will not stop Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. He said this in an interview with BBC, published on May 7. Biden urged to remember what the Russian President Vladimir Putin said when he began the invasion of Ukraine.

"He cannot accept the fact that the Soviet Union has broken up. Anyone who thinks that he will stop is just stupid," he explained. The former US president said in an interview with BBC that Putin sees Ukraine "part of Russia's Mother" and believes that he has historical rights for her.

At the same time, Biden expressed fear that the approach of Trump's administration before reaching a peace agreement between the Russian Federation and Ukraine could be a signal for European leaders that it was time to make concessions by the Kremlin. The US expansion also believes that if it did not exist the North Atlantic Alliance (NATO), Putin would not stop in the Russian-Ukrainian war.

In an interview with April 30, the US Presidential Representative of the US President for Ukraine said that the US and Ukrainian peace talks were ready to partially agree to the Kremlin's territorial requirements for the end of the war. At the same time, he said, Kiev is ready to recognize territorial losses in fact, but not legally. On May 1, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Ukraine would never return the borders of 1991.
