The Latvia government has decided to restrict entry into the country for Russian citizens with Schengen visas since September 19. On Friday, September 16, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Edgar Rinkevich announced on Twitter. He explained such measures with Russian aggression against Ukraine and "safety considerations".
