Zhirokhov denied the findings of Austrian military expert Tom Cooper, who is convinced that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation did not have the potential to continue the offensive in Ukraine or to start new offensive actions.

If the Russians were successful in the offensive on Kharkiv, then they would throw reserves for a breakthrough, the expert said.
