Already from October 1: Which of the women will have to be on military registration

This is stated in the material of RBC-Ukraine. From October 1, 2023, doctors, nurses and pharmacists in Ukraine need to become compulsory military accounting. For women, the opportunity to stand on military account is provided if they are suitable for military service, taking into account age restrictions (up to 60 years) and health, which is determined by the Military Medical Commission (VLK).

The procedure of registration for military accounting is carried out at the territorial centers of staff. To do this, you need to provide a passport, a diploma on education in the medical field and a certificate from the place of work. Military women have the same responsibilities as men, they must: two months before graduation, educational institutions are obliged to provide the district (city) territorial centers of staffing on a special call of graduates.

These lists should include the following information: name, date of birth, passport data, tax number, registered place of residence, specialty, date of completion of training and military accounting number. These lists should be stored in the CCC and JV for 10 years. Graduates of medical and pharmaceutical institutions are given 1 month after completion to be registered. If they did not turn to the centers during this time, they will have a fine of 850 to 1700 UAH.

It is important to note that under the law, physicians and pharmacists without military accounting documents cannot be employed. However, for women who have received amendments to the law on military duty and military service (ie by December 30, 2022), a "transition period" is provided. During this period, which will last until the end of 2026, they can be employed without compulsory military accounting.

It is important to note that employers are obliged to inform city (district) territorial centers for special conscription about women with medical or pharmaceutical education who are not on military accounting. If doctors and pharmacists are out of work, they should personally contact military enlistment offices to put on military registration.

So far, regardless of the specialty, occupation, the fact of military registration and the availability of the status of conscripted women are missed abroad without interruption. This is governed by the current legislation. We will remind, on September 1 it was reported that students and cadets will be able to leave Ukraine. In Ukraine, the rules of intersection of the state border have changed. Now another group of citizens will be able to leave the country during martial law.
