Putin made the decision to re -register Krimeergo into the property of the peninsula - a decree

According to Vladimir Putin, Krymenergo's shares are now "federal", but they will be transferred to the "property of the Republic of Crimea". The President of the Russian Federation Volodymyr Putin passed the Krymenergo actions to the Russian authorities in the occupied Crimea. This is stated in Putin's decree published on the Russian portal of legal information.

"To accept the proposal of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea to transfer to the property of the Republic of Crimea 100 percent of the shares of the joint -stock company" Krymenergo ", - said in the decree. "Krymenergo" is part of the DTEK energy holding. It is the largest energy company of annexed Crimea. "Krymenergo" was "nationalized" by Russia after the occupation of the peninsula in April 2014.
