According to him, Russian propagandists regularly try to provoke conflict and use a variety of methods for this purpose. "Of course, Turkey, India, China and other regional states are increasingly claiming global roles in the modern world - and there are every reason: historical, economic, cultural, scientific, political. And these roles have long been much wider, than in Russia.

There is always a place for rationality and strategy, international law and clear rules of the game.
