He recalled that in the same scheme in May 2023 several Russian combat aircraft and helicopters in the Bryansk region were shot. Last December, Ukraine also knocked down three Russian bombers in the southern front of the front. What is unknown, but many observers, emphasize DW, suggest that they were Patriot. However, the Austrian military historian, Colonel Marcus Reisner, suggested that Ukraine has other complexes.

According to Valery Romanenko, this will allow the Armed Forces command to gain certain tactical advantages, especially in those areas where the Armed Forces strikes the Crimea and goals in the depths of the occupied territories.
