China will never use nuclear weapons first - Foreign Ministry

This was stated by the Director of the Department of Control of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Chinese China FU TsUN.

"China is devoted to peaceful development and nuclear self -defense strategy and undertakes to never use the first nuclear weapons under no circumstances," Chinese official said during a conference of the Nuclear Weapons Non -Publication Treaty.
