At the beginning of January 2025, the US Corporation Rand published her research on possible formats for the restoration of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, whose authors relied on their ratings on a simple and casual source - the publication of Russian military theorists.
Rand analysts prescribed their conclusions with the prospect of "at the end of the full -scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine", but there are such "rails" of transformations that a rashist military machine can go on them, in principle, now.
