In the Crimea there was a supervisor anti-aircraft missile complex of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, which will protect military targets on the territory of the peninsula, explained the chairman of GUR Kirill Budanov. The enemy enhances the air defense system and has long exported the officers' family. The Russian authorities have decided to strengthen air defense, which should protect the Crimean bridge from the impact of defense forces.

To do this, the experimental setting C-500 was thrown into the peninsula. In previous references to this system, it was reported that it seems to defend Moscow. Why the Russian Federation enhances the defense of the annexed peninsula, the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense Kirill Budenov told the Teleterna. Budanov explained that today the occupying authorities continue to use the Crimean bridge to transfer troops closer to the front line in Ukraine.

The use is rather limited - preferably to transport live power. Other cargoes are crossing on ferries, the scout said. To protect these military facilities of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, they now have a C-500, but its use will be experimental. "The air defense system is increasing-it is quite obvious and clear. The most recent now-the elements of the C-500 have appeared. This is research, but they have already appeared there," the GUR chairman said.

According to the Ukrainian scout, Russian officers have taken their families out of the summer of 2022. As for the current situation, when the event allowed to beat on the Russian Federation, the Russians are "too late to drink Borjomi", said Budanov. In his opinion, Russia is preparing for the use of these weapons and soon "feels". The Kremlin planned that in 2020 he would have 10 such installations, but the delivery time was torn. The media reported the only C-500 SPR, which was allegedly installed to protect Moscow. In addition, they predict that air defense missiles will probably be able to achieve targets in space.

It should be noted in the media about the importance of using ATACMS missiles, which came to Ukraine in the spring of 2024.
