And if Hungary is still under the political influence of the Kremlin, then Belarus is already fully dependent on it, with puppet power, and in fact lost sovereignty. The same countries that do not appear under the pressure of blackmail are immediately at risk of military aggression. Europe is now at the stage when it was initially used to gas for gas, now - gas supply, and further from Russia can only expect military aggression.

So now for the EU, it is at the time when you need to combine efforts and stop a blackmail, it is impossible to make a further step towards aggression from the shotgist country. And this means one thing - to give up Russian gas. That is, to eliminate the object of blackmail itself. It is very difficult, but quite real.

We took place in 2014, working in the first after the Revolution of Dignity, when, when they stopped importing Russian gas, we were aware of the possibility of rigid blackmail and terror by Russia. As a result, in order to protect the heating season, we adopted a government resolution to prevent critical situations in gas infrastructure.

EU countries today have a historical chance to start fully fulfilling its declarations within the European Green Course: reducing energy consumption, climate change, reducing carbon emissions by 55% compared to 1990 and increasing up to 40% of energy production from renewable sources . This is a chance to execute "rePowreu: a rapid reduction plan for Russian fossil fuel and a quick transition to" green ".

But do Europeans really want such changes and are ready to spend more than 1 trillion euro? Now is the time to answer. Right now, Europe is given the opportunity to accelerate transformations, and Russian aggression against Ukraine is a catalyst for these processes. It is difficult to imagine the most horrible catalyst, but it is. Therefore, for European countries, it is really a decisive time to unite, to get rid of energy blackmail forever and to go to climate neutrality.

At the recent 17th YES meeting, international partners have said much that the European Union would continue to support Ukraine in the fight against Russian aggression. German Foreign Minister Annalen Berb even stated that Germany will supply weapons, including heavy weapons, as much as there would be a need. The issue of weapons is not even discussed, it is the main argument of our victory in the confrontation of the Russian invasion.

But this argument is not enough, because weapons can be extended for years. For the final victory, it is necessary to deprive Russia of the main - the ability to do energy blackmail. To do this, Europe has to abandon Russian gas. And Mrs. Berb, as a representative of the Green Party, understands it like no other. This should be a consolidated solution for all EU countries. Today we are in the stage of energy crisis, problems with the availability and cost of energy.

This is exacerbated by the future heavy heating season, when Russia tries to implement various scenarios of the type of "immersion of Ukraine in darkness and cold", and will continue to destroy housing facilities. For our part, the savings and work of infrastructure under critical loads. But I believe that we will pass it.

However, it is important not only to reduce energy consumption for Ukraine and Europe, it is necessary to build a system of moderate gas and oil consumption, and to provide the rest of the energy consumption needs at the expense of green energy. The transition to green energy is a very difficult thing: in technological terms, costly financially. This is a long way to start now.

But this is possible, if you combine efforts and clearly understand that as a result, everyone will receive energy freedom, the pressure and blackmail of the terrorist country will be deprived. Everyone should finally realize that it is impossible to feed the never, its appetite is growing with every new piece of food.
