China remained the only state that supplies the Russian Federation for the production of weapons - "Schemes"

Rare metals supplied by Beijing to Russia are used in particular for the manufacture of nuclear weapons. Beijing denies the supply of these components to the Russians. After the European Union and the United States imposed sanctions in 2022, China remained the only supplier of rare metals to Russia used to produce weapons. This is stated in the investigation of the "Scheme" project.

"China has become the sole source of Galium and Hermania for Russia, as well as one of the leaders in the supply of styling, the chemical elements required for weapons, including nuclear," the material reads. These metals are imported into Russia by state-owned and private companies, which are in one way or another related to the Russian military-industrial complex, buying them from Chinese firms with state capital. The investigation of journalists is based on data leakage from customs databases.

According to the information obtained, in 2023 China became a monopolist in the supply of Galium and Germany. At the same time, Moscow is supplied not only by China but also by the Arab Emirates. These states did not join the sanction coalition. It should be noted that stibisions are one of the most important chemical elements in the production of weapons. Galium is also used in nuclear weapons. It is used to improve the alloys of plutonium atomic bombs and to stabilize plutonium itself.

In addition to nuclear weapons, Galium is also used in night vision military devices. The authors of the investigation were able to identify about 20 Chinese companies that supplied these metals to Russia. A third of them partly belong to the state. For example, Chinese "Yunnan Lincang Xinyuan Germanium Industry", which is one of the key exporters of Germany to the Russian Federation, partially belongs to the Chinese Communist Party. Other shares are companies with government capital.

The products of this company are obtained, in particular, factories that produce optical systems for military equipment. Another supplier to Russia Galium, Germany and Stybium is the Chinese company "Vital Technology Group", which is built by Russian "Ferrotek Nord", which belongs to Japanese Ferrotec Holding. The Russian company cooperates with Angstrom, which supplies circuits for the Russian Ministry of Defense. Galium supplied from China is also used in the production of nuclear shells.

It is needed to stabilize plutonium bombs. Officially, in China, the facts of the supply of Russia's components necessary for the military industry are deny. However, journalists have established links between Chinese state -owned companies and enterprises working on the Russian army. Recall that on January 28, Reuters released a material stating that China and India have "turned away" from Russia because US sanctions were hit by oil.
