Power agencies do not specify the name of the detainee, but according to the media, it is about local entrepreneur Konstantin Malakhov. The Security Service reported the exposure and detention of Exnarat's colleague from Elijah Kiva, which corrected the missile strokes of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and "hunted" at the positions of air defense in Dnipro. After a full-scale invasion of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the suspect remained in the Dnieper and carried out underworks in favor of the aggressor country. According to the SBU, an associate of Elijah Kiva conveyed information about the location of the Ukrainian army units and the coordinates of critical infrastructure.

In addition, as stated in the presents, the detainee tried to establish the geolocation of air defense units in the Dnieper. "A collaborator was a local businessman in the field of IT, who in 2014 met Kiva.
