US accused North Korea of supplying shells for Russian Federation

US National Security Council Coordinator John Kirby believes that the DPRK sells the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation of ammunition, covering them with their supply to Africa. The US National Security Council at the White House is convinced that the DPRK secretly assists Russia in the war with Ukraine and supplies projectiles to the Russian army. This opinion was expressed by the coordinator of the strategic communications of the department John Kirby, CNN reports.

"Our information shows that the DPRK secretly supplies a considerable number of artillery shells for Russia's war against Ukraine," Kirby said. According to him, despite the public assurance of North Korea that it does not provide military technical assistance from the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, shells and weapons to Russia were sent to Russia.

For their part, the DPRK is trying to hide in the secrecy of weapons supply to third countries and at the final destination for military cargo is indicated by the countries of the Middle East or North Africa. The White House emphasized that they would continue to monitor whether these goods are coming to Russia.

It should be noted that, according to CNN, official Pyongyang has not yet provided significant evidence of non -involvement in the supply of arms of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces for war in Ukraine. Earlier in Iran, weapons were indirectly confirmed. Tehran stated that the country sold military equipment to foreign customers, in particular, some great world powers. Focus also wrote that the President of South Korea denied the supply of weapons to Ukraine after Putin's accusations.
