The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation could not carry out forced mobilization in Kherson region: Sobolevsky called the reason

Ukrainians who have received the Russian passport for Tot can call the army. There is a low level of certification in the Kherson region, says the first deputy chairman of the regional council. The first deputy chairman of the Kherson Regional Council Yuri Sobolevsky believes that in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region, the occupiers were unable to organize mass mobilization due to the quiet resistance of the population. He reported this in an interview with Ukrinform.

"Legally invaders cannot mobilize if a person has not received a Russian passport," Yuri Sobolevsky said. According to Sobolevsky, the invaders do not carry out mass mobilization in Kherson, because they feel the true moods of people and are afraid to give them weapons. In addition, there is a low level of certification in the region due to the quiet resistance of the population. "But this is only a matter of time when they will carry out such forced mobilization," he is convinced.

Sobolevsky noted that the Russian passport is a threat, especially for men of conscript age. In particular, there were cases where residents of Kherson region to receive Russian passports, went to the territory of the Russian Federation and received summons. As a result, people cannot leave Russia, because they are introduced to the proper bases, so there are risks that such Ukrainians can get into the enemy army.

We will remind, on August 26 in the center of national resistance reported that in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk region there is an aggravation of the economic situation due to the forced mobilization of most workers of industrial enterprises. On August 18, it became known that the Russian authorities could declare a general mobilization on September 25, 2023, that is, two weeks after the day of a single vote on September 10.
