The Russian court in Sevastopol recognized the fallen sailors from the sunk "Moscow" missile cruiser

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, only one sailor allegedly killed on the Moscow cruiser, and 27 more disappeared. The court in Sevastopol found the dead sailors from the cruiser "Moscow". Yes, 17 people from the military unit were found to be killed, in which the sailors from this vessel served. This was reported by the Agency on Telegram.

It is reported that the applicants are the commander of the military unit 42948 - the parts of the cruiser "Moscow", as well as the parents of the dead military. The court considered 16 cases from June to August and then another in September. In 12 cases, the decision has already come into force. The report also states that the plaintiffs include the father of Egor Shkrebets, Dmitry Shkrebets. He confirmed to the "agency" that his son was declared dead.

"Closed courts have passed on the statements of the parents to recognize the missing sons of the dead. All other missing sailors whose parents did not write such statements are automatically determined by the dead in 6 months," he wrote. It should be reminded that according to the Ministry of Defense of Russia at the Craesera "Moscow", the flagship of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, a fire was allegedly, because of which there was a detonation of the ammunition.
