The rocket in Kiev did not flash: the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is chosen as whole panel houses - expert

Because the peculiarity of the construction of this house, in fact, when hit, for example, inside the house, causes the lifting after the explosion of the battle part of the panel-flip. The expert added that in this way tens of tons of crushed concrete simply fall down, and the design cannot withstand this weight. At the same time, he stressed that the basement is not necessarily a bomb shelter.

There are places specifically defined as shelter and they are safe to stay during shelling. Such underground rooms are strengthened, so they theoretically or practically withstand the destruction of the building. As a result of the rocket's hit in a residential building on June 23, according to Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klimenko, 9 people were killed. He expressed their condolences to close casualties and all who worked at the scene. Emergency recovery work is ongoing there.
