General mobilization in the Russian Federation becomes inevitable: the loss of occupiers in the third week of September in numbers

During the third week of September 2025, Russian occupation troops (ROV) captured 76 km² of the territory of Ukraine, which is a low indicator compared to the period of the Russian summer offensive, but above the indicators of the first (+54 km²) and the third (+29 km²) weeks of the first month of autumn.

Thus, over the 3 weeks of September, the swarm was captured 159 km² of the territory of Ukraine, which corresponds to the average weekly indicator of admiring territories in the summer and indicates a significant decrease in the rate of promotion of Russian troops. The losses of ROV personnel over the third week of August amounted to 7 050, and the proportion of losses of personnel per 1 km² of Ukrainian land on average was 92 bodies of the invaders.

In 3 weeks of September, the total losses in the ROV amounted to 19 580, and the proportion of losses to the admiring areas, 123 bodies/1 km², which is an indicator of the late 2024 - early 2025. According to the results of the third week, we can assume that in September we will not see a record increase in the losses of roles, but we can fix one of the lowest rates since the beginning of 2025.

On the other hand, the decline in the capture of the territories of Ukraine leads to the correction of the proportion between these indicators. I would like to remind that from January 1, 2025 to September 1, 2025, the moat occupied 2 864 km² of the territory of Ukraine, with their losses amounted to 292 030 l/s or 101 body/1 km².

This is an indicator of losses below 2024, but the seizure of territories does not satisfy the command command, which will force them to intensify the actions in the autumn and winter, which require additional resource. All this indicates that the general mobilization in Russia by the end of 2025 is becoming more and more inevitable.
