"Hard to work": After the attacks of Ukraine with refineries in the Russian Federation, employees are massively released - Roszmi

The Russian refineries began to recruit new workers urgently. But those who are left complain about unbearable conditions and small salaries. Ukrainian drones have repeatedly attacked oil refineries in the southern regions of Russia many times. And then the outflow of workers began from there. Management tries to find new workers, but those who have left are complaining that they are paid little and they are not safe. About it writes the publication "Weight so".

After at the end of March, Kuibyshevsky Refinery - one of the largest in the Samara region - attacked Ukrainian drones, at least seven chemical analysis laboratory assets were released from there. The former refinery employee, who himself wrote the statement of dismissal, said that the employees became smaller and more work. "It is difficult to work. It's like a snowball. There was no surcharge for those who are missing," he said.

Journalists studied the vacancies at the Kuibyshevsky Refinery, and the information was confirmed: in April, the company started actively searching for new employees, posting about 50 ads. Most of the vacancies are related to the specialty of the engineer or the technical support of the plant. Workers began to be released massively from the Slavic refinery in the Krasnodar region.

After the temporary termination of the plant due to the attack of drones at the end of April, at least five people left the technical support department. "People have gone throughout the plant, now it is dangerous to work there," - said the current employee of the Slavic refinery. 120 vacancies were opened there. At the same time, the edition of "Echo" talked to the employees of Russian refineries in areas bordering Ukraine.

Those complained that the working conditions became unbearable: management fears the attacks of Ukrainian drones, and therefore forces to work in several changes in a row without weekends and vacations. The anonymous source stated that the salaries remained the same: about 80 thousand rubles (about 35 thousand hryvnias) and cut health insurance. "Constant emissions of benzene - carcinogens, and I have constant cough, headaches, pressure, though only 30 years.

But we began to reproach that at the front the boys are worse. A friend was released six months ago - and in his area. Russian refineries wanted to equip the air defense systems, but employees say that the case was limited to nets on tanks and the duty, which is visible drones. And the security service is looking for spies. "We handle the phones personally under the receipt.
