"Intermediate discussions in the US Parliament to provide significant assistance to Ukraine, as well as similar periodic discussions in European political elites, are delighted with Moscow propagandists," the politician said. Russian propaganda began to spread two messages about war in Ukraine, due to the fact that the Russians will defeat Ukrainians. First, the politician explained, the Kremlin believed that they would not be responsible for attacking Ukraine.

Secondly, the Russian authorities saw the opportunity to delay the war to continue to "genocide the neighboring people.
