The details of the event were written in the local Telegram channel "PP Bryansk". A number of posts refer to air anxiety and the reaction of the Russians to an extraordinary event. At 10:30 there was a video where the residents of the village of Navalya in the Bryansk region recorded the UAV flight. The device was sworn, calmly flew at an altitude of several tens of meters - it was not heard that Russian air defense complexes were hunted behind it. The next post came from the village of Selzo.

Residents of the settlement recorded a message on the radio, in which the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia warned about the possibility of chemical threat. People were advised to wear cotton-gauze dressings, to close the windows and doors. The text message of the same content was received on the phones of the Russians. Meanwhile, the air alarm signal reached Bryansk. This is evidenced by a post published at 10:33.
