The first item of the document is the invitation of Ukraine to NATO now. In addition, it is proposed to deploy a non -nuclear determination in the country and return the war to the territory of Russia to overthrow the Kremlin regime. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky presented to the People's Deputies "Victory Plan" at an extraordinary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

On Wednesday, October 16, the People's Deputy from the faction "European Solidarity" Alexei Goncharenko in his Telegram-channel reported. The key points of the speech: "Russia must play. It is not freezing, it is not a sovereignty trade, we must implement a plan of victory and make Russia be at the Peace Summit," Goncharenko quotes President Zelensky's speech. The Victory Plan consists of five points and three secret additions, Goncharenko said.
