According to British intelligence, Russia will face logistics and administrative problems when setting 300,000 people under the declared partial mobilization. The Twitter agency states that Russia will probably try to create new formations by these troops, which are unlikely to be combatant for several months. "Even this limited mobilization is likely to be extremely unpopular among the population of Russia.

Putin goes to significant political risk, hoping to create such a necessary fighting power," the message reads.
