Bulgaria at the NATO summit in Washington, which will take place on July 9-11, will propose peace talks between Ukraine and Russia. This state sees itself as a mediator. This was stated by Acting Prime Minister Bulgaria Dimitar Glavchev. "I sincerely believe that we have to stand for peace talks in which Bulgaria will act as a mediator.

What could be better than that? And this is what I will offer, there are no problems," Glavchev said. At the same time, he expressed skepticism about the chances of Bulgaria to be accepted as a mediator, as both parties must agree. "There is nothing better.
