Wants to be a mediator: Bulgaria offers Ukraine to start peace talks with the Russian Federation

On the same day, the head of the Bulgaria government during parliamentary debate stated that his country was ready to allocate 80 million euros to support Ukraine. Bulgaria at the NATO summit in Washington, which will take place on July 9-11, will propose peace talks between Ukraine and Russia. This state sees itself as a mediator. This was stated by Acting Prime Minister Bulgaria Dimitar Glavchev. "I sincerely believe that we have to stand for peace talks in which Bulgaria will act as a mediator.

What could be better than that? And this is what I will offer, there are no problems," Glavchev said. At the same time, he expressed skepticism about the chances of Bulgaria to be accepted as a mediator, as both parties must agree. "There is nothing better. I will make a good offer, but in order to be recognized as mediators, we need consent. It is important to emphasize that these peace negotiations must comply ", - said Glavchev.
